FACTS ABOUT CANCER.

  1. CANCER IS A PREVENTABLE TRAGEDY.

  2. MAJORITY OF MALE CANCERS ARE PREVENTABLE.

  3. MAJORITY OF FEMALE CANCERS CAN BE DETECTED EARLY.

  4. CANCER IS NOT CONTAGIOUS.

  5. CANCER IS CURABLE IF DETECTED AND TREATED EARLY.

DANGER SIGNS OF CANCER.

  1. CHANGE IN BOWELS OR BLADDER HABBITS.

  2. A SORE THAT DOES NOT HEAL.

  3. UNUSUAL BLEEDING OR DISCHARGE.

  4. THICKENING OR LUMP IN BREAST OR ELSEWHERE.

  5. INDIGESTION OR DIFFICULTY IN SWALLOWING.

  6. OBVIOUS CHANGE IN A WART OR MOLE.

  7. NAGGING COUGH, HOARSENESS AND FOREIGN BODY SENSATION ON THE THROAT.

CANCER IS CURABLE IF DETECTED, TREATED EARLY AND COMPLETELY.
